Rich color liners to frame the eye which are exclusively formulated to contain a special blend of all natural ingredients that include Borage, Cornflower and Safflower known as the "Blue Botanicals" to give the eyes a whiter look. May be applied for a soft look, or wet, for a dramatic look.
